Damages, Lost or Stolen Package 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if anything is not as it should be. I will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once packages leave my facility, I am no longer responsible for transit. If your package was lost, damaged or stolen, you must file a claim with the USPS. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.

Product Colors

My products are all handmade, hand cut and hand packaged. Each product is unique and may vary slightly from the images on my website. Please also note that colors of products may vary on different computer monitors or devices. Curing also plays a part in color as it relates to cold process soap bars. 

Polysorbate 80

I use polysorbate 80 in my bath bombs to emulsify the oils in the water and to help prevent ring around the tub due to colorants. I can’t confirm that all bath bombs will float. 

Soap Prices

Soap bars and not priced by weight alone. My soap bars are priced by the weight of the bar as well as by the added additives. 

Soap Fragrance 

The fragrance of the soap is a bonus/ but Not the highlight! The Highlight of my soaps are the additives! I add less fragrance oil than the recipe suggests; because some people have sensitive skin.
